Scholarships

We strongly support higher education for Latino students. Therefore, we are committed to providing funding for scholarships and offering other education-related opportunities to prepare them to become outstanding men and women. Curacao is committed to collaborating with institutions of higher education to enrich the lives of Latino youth. Such collaborations include:

USC Curacao Academic Achievement Program

Curacao and the USC Latino Alumni Association have partnered with four inner-city high schools to foster awareness among students on how best to navigate the college admissions process and to provide high school counselors with additional support and tools to meet this challenge.

Loyola Marymount University’s Latino Alumni Association

As a Presidential Sponsor, we pledged to support LMU with funds that provide 12 scholarships for Latino LMU students. Many of the scholarship recipients who have benefitted from Curacao’s support are the first-generation in their family to attend a college or university.
